I receive a call from these jerks at least 5 times a day. I have blocked numbers but apparently they have other numbers they call from.  They claim I have committed bank fraud and that its always my final notice   lol, I have told them to go ahead and send me a summons for court. They say they will but keep calling. they also change the amount that I
"committed bank fraud" from hundreds to several thousands every time they call.

Upon asking why I haven't paid back a payday loan(that I never had) I answered that this is fraud and I'm tired of it.  I have had at least 1 of these calls a year. Once I got one of these yahoos on the phone, on a 3 way call with bank. Bank told them I never had an account there and this is fraud.

Called stating I was being summoned for process service for a lawsuit from a payday advance to my bank account. I was given the last 4 of my account #, charge off date, amount, where I was working during the time of offense,  4 criminal charges (Breech of contract, fraudulent check, worthless check and malicious intent to defraud a bank and an estimated judgment amount. Told I was being sued by Access Holding (website out of Madagascar)

Does anyone know who the name of this company that keeps calling.said I had a payday loan and was closed out in 2010.just now found my phone number to start aggravating me.what do I do? The number is 888-657-8125

They called and left a message stating that they receive a fax with a order and it was the final notice. They call me again and said that I will be prosecute and I have to find out an attorney...

They called my landlord saying this was the last address for me; however did not call me. Said they received faxed notice and this was the final notice.

These people are scam artist and claim to be "Seal Agents". I too have recieved numerous calls from these people and I sugeest forwarding these calls to your local Attroney Generals Office ASAP!!

Received a voicemail "delivery... this is your final notice" was all I could make out.  Scams.

They're scamming you for money - IGNORE THEM, BLOCK THEM, do whatever but DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING.  Anyone can get certain types of information on you and try to use it against you. You can WASTE their time though and ask them stupid questions. Eventually they stop calling you  because now they know they can't get anything from you.

Got a call from this number 888-657-8125 and the recording said it was their FINAL CALL. So why did they call back? they don't know what the word "final" means?? Recorded message every time I answer- which is my job to answer my WORK phone ... Irritating. Be nice to get that REAL person and give them a piece of my mind for wasting my time.

Yep... same song, second verse. Called number back and had a good laugh at how they claimed they werre not a sales organization, etc. Told the idiot teir phone number was listed on several sites as a scammer phone number. While laughing at the idiot told hime I was adding their phone number and two others they used to every cammer site I could find. Blocked the call.
