Received call..told him I was at work..would call later after work..no answer

number called from 7402456367 stated call 888-660-3313 couldnt hear voice mail barely something about past due debt..

“Mr. Glenn” left a voice mail saying my name was listed as a reference for someone I don’t even know. Obviously a scam. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!!

Threatened me with violence and additionally sent me knowingly fraudulent voice mails

Robin with structured settlement called and left this message “ Isee you haven’t returned my message after speaking with you and it really sounded like you wanted to take care of this on a voluntary basis since status not happened I need to submit my final recommendation on your file today as a last resort I just wanted to reach out to you before this escalates to a more serious problem please call me back at 888-660-3313 thank you in advance is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose”. What “Robin” doesn’t know yet is that I work for an attorney.

I got the same voicemail message today.  "Robin" or "Robyn" or "Robbin'", go find someone else to try and scam!

A so called Robin called me from a local number and said she was calling to collect a debt and that I had agreed to pay but didn't keep my word so she would put my account into a serious matter. Structured Settlement 888 6603313 is the number she said to call. I don't know if it is a scam or if it really is a collection agency.

I received a call from John King and was rude and said that I needed to call back as soon as possible. I was making payments to a company and it was fraud. Mr. King doesn't not answer who he represents

Structured Settlement has been repeatedly calling me about a debt that is 2 years old.  I owe the money and want to pay it back but Mr. King insists on terms that I cannot afford.  Mr. King suggested I go to family and friends to pay this debt for me, which I tried unsuccessfully.  I need affordable payments…and, they refuse.  His only resolution is wage garnishment.

Called from a spoof number 504-414-7929 left message attempting to locate me and left this 888-660-3313. Scammer

Received a call from this number as “spam risk” and it went to voicemail. This is the playback, “It will make the situation much more difficult to deal with down the road I can give you 48 hours to contact me before final decision is rendered please call my office at 888-585-2112 that's 8885852112 this is a  attempt to make contact with you is an attempt to collect a debt any information obtained will be used for that purpose…” No name, business, nothing! Pretty scary call to receive late at night.

This number just called me twice, but my phone flags it as "Scam Likely". I believe it is a scam because they don't leave a message.

Do not answer call or call back. In general do not answer numbers you are not familiar with. And if anyone is demanding money over the phone it's probably a scam.

Called from a 808 number that was spammed. Left a very long message “Julia” saying I owe $3100*** from some bogus stuff “and another 2 loans you didn’t pay back” which is not true. Was threatening me. Told me they have my social security number and will start the process of attorneys unless I pay 30% $900** something. Absolute trash. Long 3 minute message full of crap… googled 800 number they left which was different than a 808# that called. Left several different names of the structured settlement company. This should be illegal to harass people like this.

Left a VM from a spoofed local number:  “No Hi, this is James with structured settlement. I am calling in regards to a return payment to our office by your financial institution. Now I am not trying to read too much into this, but this is a serious matter, and it does require your immediate attention Without an immediate return call, I would be forced to turn this matter over to our NSF department Please return my call as soon as you receive the message to 1-888-660-3313. This is an attempt to collect a debt by a debt collector, and any information obtained will be used for that purpose. Again, my phone number is 1-888-660-3313…”

I got the same message but it was Paul. So you haven’t called back??
