received calls from their so called process servers electronic delivery 209-219-0499 to serve a summons from merced , ca courthouse.  told me to call 888-661-0143 supposedly richard davis at applegate financial services and litigation. they would not give me their address and complete business information and I had to pry out of them who is original creditor. they states ge capital services for a credit card in 2014. that's not my debt and I advised him he stated they are going to report this account to all 3 major credit bureaus,  cancel out some of my active current credit cards, put a lien on my car loan and serve me with a summons and garnish my wages. I do not owe this debt.  I will be reporting to local police department,  ftc, Consumer affairs, fbi, attorney General, the congress and anyone else I can think of to stop this scamming crap. he said I could stop all the actions they will be taking if I agree to pay a percentage of it. I told him it's not mine I dispute it and he said they will be sending me a summons for court.
