I just got called by the same number, they said that a complaint is being filed against me and I will be sued for a credit card debt, the statue of limitations has expired on the debt and they want to take me to court. they also called my sister and left her a voice message and gave her the same case number that they gave me, I have no idea what they are trying to do, but I will wait and see what happens, if they call me or threaten me I will just report them to the state. they also told me that they sent some papers which I never received and they got no response from me. how ever when they called me the number showed up as"withheld number" but the lady gave me this number to call them, 1-888-662-0489.
