I finally got through to the 1- 866-960-0858 number, and a very helpful and cooperative lady named Jessica agreed to refund my charges of $3.95, and $29.95 in 5 business days.
Just keep trying that number- between the hours of 9AM-5PM CDT.

I will be looking forward to getting my refund, and I'll continue to watch my account for any other charges.

I just called that number and they tried to tell me the $74.95 was part of the agreement.  When I insisted it was not; they took my name and information and said they would contact me when they had refunded the money.

Have you heard from your bank that your money was refunded?

What they have done is provided a terms of service agreement 8 pages long at website www.ultimategrantsecrets.com  I like all others was not provided a terms of service agreement when we ordered the free CD just paid shipping and handling $3.95  We never would have agreed to these hidden charges if this terms of service agreement was provided at the time of ordering.  They sure have came up with a good scam.  I will be keeping a close eye on my credit card.

Don't feel bad, the same thing has happened to me and many others. Maybe someone will find out their central location and bum rush the place (LOL); just kidding. When it comes down to it they're just crooks that take advantage of people not reading the "TERMS", etc.

They did refund my $74.95 but I will have to keep calling to get my $29.95 back!!! Best wishes!

It seems like they should have another lawsuit coming soon! There are hundreds of people who are being scammed by these people. I reported them to the FTC and BBB. I called that # and they are supposed to be refunding my bank in 5 days. (we'll see) They caused my account to overdraft, but wont take care of that charge!! They need to be put out of business.

I read the terms and licensing agreement on the "Free DVD" I got in the mail.  There is no mention of the $74.95 they charged me.  I let them know I am a police officer and that someone will be charged and extradited to utah on Fraud Charges if my money was not back in my bank account.  I read the small print and this is illegal.

I too was scammed by these people.  Called and got someone who could not speak English.  I have been charged 29.95 for MyFitness, and now 29.95 for GrantNewsPN, in addition to two charges of 74.95 for GrantHelper and the 3.95 for shipment of the CD.  I was told that it would take 72 hours to get my money credited back to my account and it has been 7 days now.  I was also told that I should send an e-mail to Support@granthelpcenter.com to request my refund of cancellation.  I had been unable to track the Myfitness charge until now.  I just called again and this time they told me there was no record of me.  I am going to contact my bank and make sure they are reported so hopefully this won't happen to more unsuspecting souls.  They also told me that the 74.95 charge was in the agreement when you click OK, however, they never mentioned anything about the 29.95 charges every month.

Well just like the rest of the people here I was suckered. The 3 day delivery turned into
2 1/2 weeks and I thought before I received this cd no big deal it is just 3.95 i was out.
I called the company on 3/11 to tell them forget about it. Then on 3/13 my card was billed 29.95. Finnally got a hold of someome on 3/18
very helpful  SO I THOUGHT  said I would be refunded my money in 48 hours. Well that came and went after several attemps at calling listening to the automated message in a couple
languages.I was able to get through again 4/2
and of course I was told how they were have computer problems the whole prior week, and I am now beeing told that it will be just a couple more days and of all things to [just be patient] I
found that at the very least a little bit funny.
If you want to get through you have to call back
    over an over #s are 866-960-0858 & 888-662-8762
as of now I am on my second round of waiting for my refund ,I will let you know how it turns out. I feel that this company is a fraud and I will not get my money willingly I will probably have to pursue this with cc company in a dispute process!!!!

I also have been promised the $74.95 from Grant Help Order, the $39.95 from Govt Funded Grants, and haven't been able to get ahold of Grants New Spin until I read these letters. I didn't realize they were the same company, but I also ordered the "free" CD. Has anyone actually gotten the refund promised? I am going to have to cancel that card and have a new one issued. But really hope to get the refunds promised. Is there hope?

I had the same thing to happen to me. I sent them a email today. I told them that I would contact the BBB if my money isn't refunded.
