Got a call on my google voice # and by the time I accepted the call all I heard was "this is your final notice." Don't know from who or if the call was meant for me. Plan to block.

I just received a computerized call from this number stating they were looking for someone (couldn't make out the name) and that a package was scheduled for delivery and something about final notice.  Have no clue what this is about and they certainly did not say my name as the person they were calling about so I suppose they will have to keep their "Package" because I don't want it.  I am guessing this is some sort of debt collector or scam.

Call from 888-665-7147.  Had a fax order for delivery.  Calls every day, computer voice.  Harrassment

Started calling every day for the past 2 weeks looking for someone else. Said they received a fax and need to get legal documents to that person.

"Process server" extortion scam.

One of the tricks they use is to call your family, friends, neighbors and/or places of employment (past or present or both) to create panic and embarrassment so that their intended victim calls them and they can scare that person into paying their extortion money.  They often call people that have never even been associated with you because they get erroneous information off of the internet.

They mention that they have received a Fax document, to create the sense of urgency and tell you that they are a “process server”. This is simply ruse to get you to call another number (with a made up case number) where they will ask for money to “make it go away” (this is actually the same place, they work in teams, one pretending to be the server, and the other usually pretends to be a lawyer).  They threaten to serve you at home or at work.  They tell you that if they serve you at work they need a supervisor, security, or HR person there as a witness, hoping that will cause you to panic over the alleged embarrassment of being served at work.  They also tell you that you will need two forms of ID.  None of which is true.  Process servers do not ever call ahead so that you can dodge them.  Process servers get paid to serve papers, nothing else.  They certainly are not going to pass up a paycheck by telling you that you can avoid being served, they are not going to give you an extra day or even a few hours to get a “stop order”.  Court documents are time sensitive and have to be served within a certain amount of time.  Remember that you can always call the local courthouse to see if there is actually a lawsuit that has been filed against you.

Number called me to find my sister for "legal" reasons. I told them don't contact me again about this matter. They wouldn't let me talk and kept talking over me. As I was telling them I'm not your middleman -- you call her if your looking for her, they hung up. I called back and told the same person, I'm not your organization's middleman. Very rude and very shady. Legal matters my a$$.

I receive 2 or 3 calls per week.  I finally decided to call back 888-665-7147.  "Henry" answered.  Did NOT say name of company or identify  himself as customer service, nothing.  Sounded like he was at home just randomly answering a call.  I told him to stop calling my number and "henry" just said ok.  SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I received more than 4 calls a week from this number They never told me clear what are they looking for, just that the received a fax for something that   I never  did not understand.

Please someone do something.............

I received a call stating I got a payday loan in 2011 and that I needed to pay it never had a payday loan and never heard of the financial institute as soon as I told them I was filing harassment charges they said you can do that in court and hung up on me.
