Text message: "This is ARSC and we have a matter that we need to discuss with you.  Please call us at (888) 675-9760 and refer to your file number Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm CST.  This communication is from a debt collector.  Any information will be used for that purpose."

Seems to be a criminal outfit in Illinois.

The robotic voice "Hello My name is Greg Pittman with ARSC. We have a matter in our office that requires your immediate attention"

I got the exact same message today… I am NOT calling it, says on caller id Unknown number.

Hello my name is Greg Pitman with ARSC We have a matter in our office that requires your immediate attention, so it's the same message to call him back, 888-675-9760 I think this is a scam b/c I don't have anything outstanding for a collectors to be calling me, this happened to me once before and it's the same type of call, turned out to be a scam, So people please be careful about who you give your information to. I will not be calling this person back either!

Received  the same call and message. I do not have anything in collections
