"Olivia morales" said that someone is filing a law suit against me..which is crazy.  I have done anything wrong

Want to know if this is real or spam

Phone call for my former roomate who died 01-18-2020, person identified them selves as Elizabeth Morales a processor server, wanting to speak to my deceased roomate regarding about a pending legal matter .

Received this call, part of message cut off. But i was informed that a lawsuit was impending against me and to call this 888 number. Actually the caller ID had a different number. It was from R Weiss at 425-245-5739. Googling this number gave me Danielle Ward in Auburn or Snohomish Washington.

A call came in on my VoIP line that I use for most all non personal contact...  A records call come on the line..."Olivia Morales" said that someone is filing a law suit against me....since I know my credit is clean as the board of Health....I delete the message and look up the phone # on the internet......

I got the same call from the same name “Olivia Morales” the caller id popped up the same area code as where I’m located but wanted me to call a 888 # for more info. They have also called my mom’s cell phone because when you search my info online it shows we live under the same roof. They have been blowing up my phone for the past 2 weeks. It’s a scam

I just received the same call from "Olivia Morales". The number that called was 440-530-3005 and they asked me to call 888-677-5524.

Just talked to someone after I got a message about an "old bill" from a credit card company. They had called my mother as well. Said they sent paperwork over 45 days ago. Said the bill was from 2012.

Same crap of call it is scam

A call from 425 245 5739, referring to the the 888 number, stating that there is a civil case pending against such and such name - actually it was my adult daughter's name, and she has not lived with me or used this number for ages. Definitely a scam.

Received a voicemail stating they were with a processors office and it was in regard to a legal matter.

Received a voicemail from Olivia Morales from a processors office in regards to a legal matter. States they will file charges against me. Calls from all different numbers. The number they want to have called back on is 888-677-5524

I had a voice mail from Olivia Morales calling from 480-653-9235 saying it was her final attempt to reach me regarding a legal matter and that charges would be filed against me.  She asked me to call 888-677-5524.

The last time I had a call about this "legal matter" it was from 480-679-1354 and I was told to call 86-791-5066.

To my knowledge I have nothing outstanding that would require any debt collection.  This seems like a scam.

She’s contacted me regarding my husband and some bogus law suit! Her and others have called and always from a different number from within our state.

Call came from (281) 791-0157 Lady saying call is for my elderly husband with dementia stating "this is not s marketing call" and goes on to say regarding a legal matter, contact the firm handling the case but doesn't name the firm at 888-677-5524. States that the call is being logged as proof of notice or something. I've been in charge of my husband's affairs for decades and the man owes no one and has committed no crimes other than being obnoxious!

I had the same phone call from Olivia Morales. She had the last 4 digits of my social security number in which I verified.  When I attempted to call the number again it said the number didn't exist.  Now, I'm nervous that I have compromised my information.  Any advice?

I've been getting a call from the same person for a month now. The number on my caller ID changes every few times. Today was the first day the call voicemail wasn't cut off before the callback number was left.  It is always an alleged attempt to contact my ex-husband about some pending lawsuit for which a claim number is left.  He never had my current phone number until a few months ago out of necessity.

Keep getting calls from Olivia morales same message as everyone else trying to scare us into calling. Mainly blowing up husbands phone. Seeing on here know its definitely a scam to get you to pay money

I got the same call,  but it went from olivia morales to a lady name stephanie. The spam or scammers are getting ridiculous and they need to stop.
