This call was from Tim Clarke, Salt Lake County Process Server. He said he'd be at my house on a particular date, and time. He never showed to serve me, as well as 7 other threats from Atlantic Collection Agency, each accusing me of credit card fraud charges and lawsuit. These are all FDCPA violations. They also refused to send me any documents as to validation, who they are even collecting for. I need a Utah attorney so I can sue them, I have documented voicemails, and about 400 numbers blocked on my cell phone, also on do not call registry. I can prove 9 FDCPA violations.

Use these web sites to find an attorney in your state that will probably take the case on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket up front):  http://www.consumeradvocates.org/
    http://www.consumeradvocates.org/find-an-atto ... tates_value=All
First, you should make a complaint at this Federal Agency, and while there you should also read up on how debt collection is supposed to work as well as what your rights in this matter are:  http://www.consumerfinance.gov/

Also file a complaint with your State Attorney General's office.

A process server named Anna Walker called two dsys in a row. Similar threats. I filed a complaint with my state attorney general  and ftc. They never showed  and I never called the number they said to call if I had questions or concerns
