Left message about allegations being filed against me.  Scam.

I received the same message.  They keep changing their number (slightly).  Ist remember, that their must be something in writing for you to dispute.  SCAM

A recording said they were calling for [indistinguishable name] and there were 2 cases against me. Once they find me I wont be able to dispute the cases but they can help if I press 0.... I pressed 0, no one was there. I was shocked! Haha!

But I can call them back at 888-679-4312 and refer to my 1 case number (VM2899) I bet lots more of you have this case # too. SCAM.

I got a call from this number said I owed a payday loan which I have never taken one out and they said if I didn't pay $565.00 they would process my case in court. They said they were from a pretrial service

Total scam.  Ignore them and block their calls.  They are scamming debt collectors; nothing more.

Just because a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt does not mean you owe it
If a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt:
1.    Demand the person give you his or her name, company name, and address
2.     Demand a debt validation letter by US mail.  E-mail no good.
3.    Do not pay  the collection agent or anyone else a  DIME  until the debt is validated

If they continue to bother you, tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.  If you can find them.

Beware they are scammers threatening you with a lawsuit saying you took out a loan from some lending company. They will usually have a lot of information on you to make you think they are legitimate. Do not give these people any information. If you did change your bank account right away.

I just received a call just like this. Not sure what this is about, little bit frightening! My case # is off my one number of yours.

They called me at work said there are two claims against me and they will serve me with papers once I am served I will not be able to settle and I will have to go to court. they also said they will either serve me at work or at my home! bring it on I want a good fight. Stupid harassing company!

Received a call from them with a similar recording said I owned on a online loan could not give me the name had a lot of my personal information and my bank account number. When I called back they could not give me their address or location. They sent me a letter online with the number 888-679-4312 but the number they called from was 256-414-4329 in Alabama. the heading on the letter was from County Arbitrations from a Louis Fakhouri

Voice messages repeatedly left saying Mary Smith didn't pay her taxes and she needs to go to court.  They are going to come to her place of work.  Know idea who Mary Smith is.  It's been happening for 3 years.

had to tell them I was dead and needed to fax certificate in order to get a fax number for cease and desist letter.  We'll see.
