I keep getting a phone call from this number.  Occasionally they give their personal name, but they never tell who they're with or why they're calling.  They just tell me to call back and give them a file number (which they provide).  It's been going on for awhile and I'm getting really annoyed.  I refuse to call a number if they don't tell me who they are with and why they are calling, which I feel they are obligated to do.  I tried calling the number after hours, but still no clue who they are with.

Keep getting calls with the caller id CCS. They call non-stop and occasionally leave very rude messages. Get an occasional name in the message but never say why they're calling. Have found through the web that CCS is a collection agency that employs aggressive and abusive tactics on the phone. They have not sent any written notice to me per the Fair Credit Report Act so I do not want to talk to them at all.

They called this morning leaving a message for my husband.  Their message"xxxx, this is kelly call me promptly at 888-682-2304."  You talk to these people and explain situation, but they can care less.  People usually don't wake up and say "today I will lose my job..."

They claim to have taken over debt of a Sallie Mae Client, our investigation have shown that the originator of the loan hasn't hired this company or person, as a legal collector.

When this person calls, hang up and call Sallie Mae or the collector of your loan and work with them to get to the bottom of this scam artists rude collections scam...

robocall , CID 8175224905, call back 8886822304. harassing calls several times a day, gives no name of who they are calling for. tired of it. they are calling the wrong number and i will not call them back, it makes them call more often.

Calls my place of business several times daily with a recording to call them at 888-682-2304. i call the number and its always a busy signal and then a recording saying they are not answering, obviously. I have no debt and sick of being harassed by these calls and so many more like them.

This 210-775-6257 calls me multiple times a day. The calls go one or two ways. 1 they just hang up. 2 the say it's a debt issue that needs to be address and to call 888-682-2304. I truly have no business with them or any other collector. How can I make them stop!?

I just received a call from this company,  when I called back they told me to hold but they never identified themselves.  I hung up

Obviously a scammer, trolling for a victim. Sadly for them, the caller had such poor English - if indeed that WAS English she was trying to speak - it was impossible to understand what she was saying. She kept babbling her script, I said “wrong number” and ended the call. (The 888 area code should have bee a tip off but I was expecting a call from a supplier) Annoying, but nothing to do with me so I have no trouble blocking this number.
