No call but, I received a charge from them as well for the same amount ($29.95). I called just now and of course they are closed. The automated woman said i had reached bus or buzz benefits. I have no idea how this charge would have occurred. My medical bills do not go through this company and I am under my parents insurance thus there would be no reason for me to be charged directly.

I received 2 letters stating that my account was not past due for the amount of $29.95. I have no idea who QUALITY RESOURCES BEST BENEFITS PRGRAM IS, Im not enroll in any benefits program when I called 1 888 682 2134 it said Buz Benefits and I got a machine not a person. I will report this to the Better Business Beauro for sure.

omg did u report it yet? the same thing happened to me!!

I am also being charged for this so called service. I did not sign up for it so how is this being deducted from my account without my knowledge. When you call this number all you get is an automated person
asking for your account number that starts with a Q. enter numbers only but it does not recognize the digits and hangs up on you.

I got a letter saying that, YOUR BEST BENIFITS PROGRAM HAS LAPSED. YOUR PLAN IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT AND YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE DISCOUNTS. IN ORDER TO REINSTATE YOUR MEMBERSHIP, YOU MUST PAY THE AMOUNT INDICATED ON THE ENCLOSED PAYMENT PAYMENT DUE NOTICE, WHICK IS THE THREE-MONTH COST OF $62.85 , PRIOR TO 10/14/2010.phone number they gave is 1-888-682-2434. I never heard of them before today so i made a usual SCAM web search and here i m ... Another scam as expected. thanks to all of you for your post. BE AWARE.

i also got hit with the same thing,  besstbenifit has been taking money out of my bank with out me knowing.

I got a bank alert that the 888-682-2434 charged me 19.95 and I have never heard of this program. I called the number and it kept asking me for a member ID number. since i dint sign up for it I don't know what that is and everytime I try to get an agent it hangs up. BEWARE !!!
