I didnt call DTE ever and they keep calling me !!!!!

Left no Message. But I did a start service request and a stop service request with DTE and I thought she said after the call. I guess she ment that I would get a call later.

Yes, this must be it... I had a call to Customer Service a bit ago, but missed the survey call.  Nothing shady about it.

This was a customer satisfaction survey from DTE. They tell that you will be receiving the call when you call them for assistance. I got this call about 15 minutes after calling customer support.

This number called me 6-22-17 in-between 2&3pm, didn't answer my phone said it's a potential scammer, so I had the number traced/looked up  and it showed Advantis Hospitality Alliance LLC Vista  along with  these numbers1888-682-3982&1-800-569-0633

Its an auto survey call to rate DTE and the customer service rep after you have called them about your service or account. System may call again until you opt out or complete the 1 minute survey.

They don't leave a message. They just keep calling.

Just received a call from 8886823982, in comments it is a DTE survey, every month call my payment in to DTE, every customer service rep., who works for DTE are excellent, they are trained properly to listen to the customer before speaking. Karen was my rep today, excellent rep., it is enjoyable in today's world to speak with a customer service representative who is very well trained, my day gets off to a joyful positive feeling. Thank you, DTE👍✌💘☺

A scam they spoofed DTE # dont answer or you will be talking to a scammer not DTE.I personally dialed the DTE # and they said they did not call me that scammers are spoofing the caller I D to look like its coming from the,beware of all # calling you.
