Unknown, left name, and that I had to contact them by 9:00PM, leaves a five digit says they are Card Services

I got a call from Eric from Card Services and to contact him by 6pm. Conversation should only be 5 minutes. Not sure if i should call back!

Got a call on my cell phone. Caller ID said 302-457-8826 but left no message so I called back. "Devon" claims to be with Bank of America card services and asked for my SSN and birth date so he could look up my account. I laughed out loud and told him no way. He told me the calls would continue unless I was willing to work things out, so I asked him to provide me with a verifiable Bank of America phone number. He gave me 888-682-9391, with his ext as 55442. Can't verify that it is Bank of America, googled the number and found this site instead. Seems very suspicious to me, I hope someone here is following up on this stuff.

Card Services- former MBNA, now owned by bank of America..If you are behind on your bills, they are collecting on money you owe. Might as well pay and be done with it, that's my advice, because they will keep calling.

THE # IS A GOOD ONE SOME DO NOT UNDERSTAND THAT INSPITE OF ALL THE SCAMS...THERE ARE SOME THAT TRULY WANT TO HELP...KATE DID NOT CALL THE # BACK AS SUGGESTED...SOME SHOULD BE MORE PROACTIVE IN ATTEMPTS TO DIG THEMSELVES OUT THE HOLE THEY PUT THEMSELVES IN THE FIRST PLACE AND TAKE HELP WHEN IT IS OFFERED TO THEM :)

This number also asked for my SSN and originally was calling for my mother on my cell phone! Claimed to be bank of america and I thought it was shady. Just sharing the information

Got the mesage yesterday from "Bank of America Card Services", guy named Chad. He sound urgent. I've tried to call back today, nobody picked up his ext. 56874, called again and waited for "another account manager" for a few minutes with 0 results, then decided to google the number. Glad I did. Looks like a spam to me

Received the call 2x from Eric today as well; what made me think it was shady was that it sounded like he was calling from a cell phone.  The call kept cutting in and out and sounded very far away, and although it was choppy, the name of the person he asked for doesn't sound like anybody I know.  Plus, my 2 Bank of America accounts have been closed for 2 years.  I don't owe anybody any money!  When I called back to verify who they were trying to call, all it says is "THank you for calling Card Services [no bank specified], please enter the account number you are calling about".  I hung up.

Received a call from a woman (forgot name) on my busiess line asking for someone I do not know. I've rcvd several from this number recently so I called them back.
When called I get an AA and pushed '1' for english.  Told to hold the line for the next available attendant. Rings, then recv 'this number is not available, check your number and try again'. Wonder if the 888 number is transfering to other putside numbers - such as work at home people?
I figure keep calling it from a trunk line or VoIP line, someone has to pay the bill for the calls!
