This is a scam company. When I researched there information it comes up as an electrical company. They state that they are a litigation firm and try to collect on old payday loans that have been paid off. I filed an fbi complaint shortly after receiving there call. This is one of those companies that tries to scare tactic you into giving up your information. Luckily for me I have paid off all my debts and knew that it was a lie. Especially when they stated that they were filing charges but could give me no information regarding the actual debtor or a court date or time. ( all false threats, I even called the old pay day loan company to confirm they show paid off and that they never sent my account out. ) Please don't fall victim to this company the guy claims his name is Derek Cook and has a southern accent. When I pressed him about his job title he changed it several times during our conversation who eventually got angry and hung up on me when he realized I was not going to fall victim to his scam..
