Left several threatening litigation messages, for a deceased person. Lied about receiving a death certificate the day before, yet left the same threatening message the day after “receiving death certificate”. Santos stated he did not know what the case was about, yet there is an active case reference number.
IMO: The scam is to confirm correlational (PII) Personally Identifiable Information.

my husband got a call from AAC, Indian lady speaking very fast but mentioned my uncles name.  So I called back the number they gave 866-740-0594 and it said Parkwood and they were not available.  They wanted me to leave my name and number and case number.  I left the case number only and told them they had the wrong number.

Received VM identifying themselves as "ABV" (maybe), but was very unclear. Left "case number" xxx-xxxxx and said we needed to call 866-740-0594 or it would escalate. There call came from our local area code, and when called it just says "Thank you for calling our service, due to extremely high call volume please call the number that was provided to you 866-376-4737; this number does not match the VM. The VM used a name that was not my legal name, which seemed odd. Called the number on the VM and received msg that it was Parkwood. Called again today, and man answered "Crestview Financial". Asked his name, and he said "Mike" and that he was in the legal dept., and a paralegal. I asked why the different names, and he stated Parkwood was bought out by a larger company, Crestview Capital. I asked him what it was about, and he wanted me to give my SSN? Told him no, as I'd never give to a stranger. And, asked again what it was about. He would not say. Asked him for the last 4 digit of the SSN they were trying to reach, and he gave numbers that did not match mine. Before we hung up he tried to get my full legal name. It is clear they are fishing for personal information, and likely scammers. BEWARE.
