    Someone called me today 8/27/2014 from 888-684-434 stating that they were calling from the IRS regarding a lawsuit against me, I know that they would have to notify me via mail because it's a legal document. I informed them of this and then they hung up. Again, if this was internal revenue service they would have to follow procedure. This is clearly a scam in progress, please report this

    I get a call from this number every day.  Sometimes more then once. I don't answer.  If it was important they'd leave a message and they never do.
