They sent a letter that appears to be from our bank stating they want to help with our mortgage. Our mortgage is fine. They get info from public records and give the impression they are the bank, but read the bottom of the letter and you'll see it says they are not affiliated with the bank. They said they have repeatedly called here but never left a message so I'm assuming they are some of these losers that hang up and don't have the common courtesy to say who they are or just say hello over and over. I don't pick up the phone I just let the message play and I see if I want to take the call. Personally I think it should be against the law to call someone and not say who you are in the voicemail. I'm sick of people abusing other peoples phones.
