Bill collector. The person who had my phone number before me was being called. I have had this # for years, but they sell the debt to someone else & start calling me again

I have been getting calls from this number for 10 years!  I am not the person they want to speak with. I have asked them to stop calling me but this continues!!!!

Every time they call hit *57 on your phone after they hang up or the phone stops ringing.  Once you have done that 5 times, call your phone company and ask them what the procedure is for harassing phone calls. Verify that the *57 has recorded this number multiple times.  Then follow their advice on how to deal with it.  They may simply block the number or work with you with their harassing calls process.
