Have received two phone calls from this number neither of which was informative.  The first one was like an echo chamber where I could not understand what the person was saying and the second one exactly an hour later was no one on the line.  A check of the internet concluded this was from a company called Castro Valley Health that suffered a breach of customer medical information.  The odd thing... we have never dealt with this company???
