Voice on phone said this is Capital.The woman that called said I had written some bad checks.I only use checks to pay my rent and P.G.&E.all HAVE CLEARED BANK.

I received a call from them. I got an individual named Justin Shaw. This is a collection agency. The "bad check" (in my case) is because I closed my bank account when a payday loan place tried to bet money out of my account. I am verrifying the validity of the company by asking for their Employer ID #. It sounds like it is a valid request.

I received a call about bad checks.  The woman said I was down as a contact for someone I never heard of. Just too weird.

I got the same call and have been threatened with a summons to go to court. The same name was  left on my answering machine. I am horrified.

Got a call from Justin Shaw about a payday loan that was indeed deposited to my bank but without my knowledge! Being threatened with court.. Very scary!
