apparantly this is verizon calling, left no message,  robo call.....yesterday called and said I changed my password.   not true......they need to stop......we have two accounts with them, one not current one still paying and they will not work with us......now robo calls on something I did not do>   not answering any way

Yeah, it's Verizon.

This call claimed my billing address was changed. Said to call - 1-800-480-4000.  This was an ad for TALK..  Verizon and FCC need to stop this caller.

no message left on answering machine, if this is verizon (I did sign up for fios service) why would the caller ID be 'unavailable" and why wouldn't they leave a message? If contacting me is important, then leave a valid message.

I'm canceling before they install. I don't need to buy into headaches.

verizon needs to make this call feel less phishy

Verizon notifying me of a recent change to my account....I called verizon back they said that  there was no activity done on my account and they had a glitch in there system they apologized

I got this same call yesterday = Verizon says they have no record of me changing our billing address.......  I sent an e-mail asking again what this is all about - received a response about phishing e-mails (even though my correspondence specifically say a phone call with this phone number......)  I am concerned about ID theft and I am getting NO where with Verizon!

Had the same call tonight about 8:30p, CST Called VZ back and the lady at VZ had no idea what we were talking about. Although we had changed our account in fact about 10/11 am this morning. Will reply again if we get the same call but I would think the average of everyone is saying that if they do something to there acount they get a call from this number. I know when I had worked for a big comany "CompUSA" I didn't know all of there numbers either. Figure it out.

Odd that everyone is saying Verizon.....I DO NOT  have verizon, nor have I contacted them.  Got a call from this number.  Scammers use other companies numbers so would say a scam.....

Received a call 10-30-2013 at 1:42 pm.  Did not answer, went to voice mail but no msg left.  I called back and "Amanda" answered the phone saying "Estate Planning".   Scam I do believe.  I did not speak, I just hung up after I found out who called.  It was NOT Verizon.
