Caller left a garbled message. Possible spam.

I get a call from this number or one similar every few months with the same message: “Efrain Fontanez. Hello, this is Harvey Denson contacting you in regards to a case that is being filed against you. By law, I have to make you aware.. That once your case number is out to your county it would be a matter of public record.. They're is also t be an order of location since I was unable to reach you by phone.. I was instructed to contact your employer and speak with your supervisor.. You have the legal right to contact the mediation office that's processing your case.. You need to speak with them before even file once your cases discharged from their office all legal rights will be forfeited.. Please call.. +1-88-701-0636 to handle this matter..”

Only problem is, no one is suing me and my name is most certainly NOT Efrain Fontanez!  As far as I know I'm the first person to have the number they called, so it reeks of a phishing expedition of some type.

Hi I have  just a call from the same and message said the same as yours. It his was Harvey Danson.so we need to report this number.

I received my 3rd call from this number as well. It's bs. They ask for the wrong person and don't identify the company they are calling from. Complete scam. I feel bad for those falling for this nonsense.

I just had the same number call me with the same name. Except they asked for my father. I have received the same voicemail from a different number as well.

They used my name it was automated when they said it, then came on the garbage talk of I contacted your employer, blah blah a lawsuit against me something about turning it to my country and something about a locator called 8/28 and 8/29, don't know who it is and now I see it's happening to others , Harvey denson

I got the same message from this number except they were calling for my husband. This number calls all the time with different messages. I wish they would stop calling.

This scammer needs to be prosecuted for harassing phone calls....  What he is doing is illegal and he can face multuple claims against him if they don't stop NOW!!!!!!!!!!!

I've received two calls from this number this week. They left messages both times and when he stated the name of the individual he was trying to reach, his voice broke up. This is definitely a scam!
