Received a call. It displayed as ERC Personal Business. No message was given.

Yesterday you posted as "Mike".  Today you posted as "Jake" and "sf".  Why all the screen names? Plus I doubt that is what your caller ID actually said since there are too many letters.

I got a call from the same number  ERC-Personal Business Matter is what is listed on caller id

I did not answer, I have no idea what it was about.  Does anyone recognize this?

caller ID reads as Toll Free Call

This number was claiming they where microsoft support.

I get The same on my caller ID
