I got this message in an e-mail dated in 2003, and I got it October 11, 2007!  My e-mail address it was sent to wasn't even created till 2006.  I didn't dare call it, it's too weird.  This is a cut-copy of the e-mail:

I went ahead and called it.  It is just some get rich scheme.  The greeting states that you need to invest some of your own money which is always a red flag.  Amazing people get away with these things.
