Call them and demand your refund.
When they tell you to get on your computer, tell them that you are and you want your refund.
Say anything but don't give them any information.
We may not be able to stop them, but if we can tie them up for a while, they won't be bothering anyone else.
Besides, it's fun to see how long you can drag things out before they start swearing!

Got a call on my cell phone and they left a message for me re refund.

They left two messages about my refund. They wanted me to go to www.teamviewer.com with my "Run" program not through my browser. When it opened up a window my virus program flagged it and would not open...It's a scam

Anyone who claims they need remote access to your computer to issue a "refund" is running a scam.

The vermin using this number are Indian SCAMMERS! The "Tech. support/refund" Scam is an old one. Indian Scammers lack the ability to dream up new routines. They are low people with low IQ's.
Ignore calls from this number & block it if you can.

Refund issued with pre-record voice. Scam alert.

Scam for "Directv 50% off".  Called and starts out like it's legit recording, but when the actual "discount" portion, the recording asks for your passcode ---- no verification of name, account number, etc.  It disconnected when I wouldn't give my "passcode" or last 4 SSN.   Never talked to a real person.
