Twice I received a call coming from this number stating there's something questionable on my record. I returned the call. Canned voice responded w/o telling the name of the company. Been ringing for sometime. This is fraud.

I just called the number they left for me in my voicemail which is 8887041619. A guy answered with a different name than the guy who called me so I asked for Calvin Thomas even though I know it was the same guy. He out me on hold then told me Calvin was out so I said you'll do because you sound just like him. He then got cocky with me and did not at all like what I had to say. I told him about all the complaints from this number and he said I could call McDonald's and have the same thing happen whatever that meant. I told him that first of all the person he called doesn't even own this number and secondly leaving a voicemail threatening someone and saying they had been given legal notice by this phone call was complete crap and he needed to do a little studying. So... If you're having an issue with then calling you feel free to call this number and ask for Calvin. He answered on the first ring only he was "David"

Received a voicemail from a "David" on my husband's cell phone stating to contact (888) 704-1619 regarding a civil matter that he says I need to contact them about. Called this # and a "Rebecca" answered and said the company name is American Solutions. Googled the phone # and only spam stuff and complaints come up and googled American Solutions and different things pop up from ordering office supplies to a free report written by a political trainer.

Hello, me again. Yes, it was the same for me a civil matter. And that I was going to be  served with papers. That need to be signed. I called the 888 70-1619 and said it was a bill for 2009. I told her (Rebecca Reed) my bill was paid. She wanted to make sure my home address was correct and the last of my #SS did not give any info out. Told her I need Information did not want to give me any info unless she verified it was me. I have to heard anything today. I am just worried this is true. My question would be shouldn't I have received some kind of document in the pass concerning this matter.

This man David Golman called me from an "unavailable" phone number,...(I don't answer unavailable numbers)...but he left a message.
    VM:
"This is David Goldman, and I'm calling from the civil claims department for (my name). Your social security number, name, and address have been entered into our civil claims department for being reported for things such as outstanding tax leins/outstanding loan accounts. Call 18887041619 to show your intent to settle or arbitration and court will be in your future in 'Matta-gay-orda County!' "

    Seriously!?
I called him back at the number he gave me, and no answer. I got an answering machine that said "hello leave a message for American Finance Solutions...." The next day, he answered and I asked him what he wanted, and he put me on hold then asked what phone number I was calling from..( I *67ed lol)!!!
After I was on hold for 30 sec, he said "you have outstanding loan accounts you haven't paid in 3 years at 1stcashonline.com, wellsfargo, and pepsico.com!! I was like "oh, really?"  "You're full of [***]!"
Then he said "please hold again."
He came back on and I said "why do you keep putting me on hold?"
Then he says "I'm getting more information so I can jog your freakin memory!"  Lmao
I said "I've never had an account at Wells Fargo, never had loans at either of those 3 places...ect. ect..."
Then he gets ugly and says "where have you been the last decade? Moving around? You dont have the same address? What's the last 4 of your ss? Your phone number?" ....
    Click. I hung up.

I then googled "American Finance Solutions, (the real one), out of Washington and spoke to a cool guy named Ben. He told me there's no David Goldman there and it was probably a scam.
    What a freaking loser.
