Based out of Tampa Fl .   Checking with B/s - Bc if this is associated with them or some type of scam

Just got a call from this #, didn't answer bc of these posts.

OOPS I think I just hung up on my health care advocate. Yes it does invovle BC/BS

This number is used by a health and wellness program sponsored by BC/BS of New York. This is a free benefit offered to members of the health plan only.  People are offered the services of a licensed health care clinician to help them improve and manage their health conditions.  Participation in the program is by invitation only. The calls people are receiving are the invitation to participate in the program.  This is  good thing!

garbled message with at end of message a clear phone number to call.(8887044589). gotten this call twice with same garbabled message followed by a clear message to call above number (woman sounds elderly but does not say name)

First time I received a call from this number a week ago, they left a message. They said they're from Blue Cross and Blue Shield. We didn't call them back. And today they called again, they told me they want my husband to call them back to discuss some improvements in the health insurance plan. The lady said her name is Kim, if I'm not mistaken. She was very polite and courteous.
