I was called by a man with a heavy Indian accent and he was supposedly from Windows Technical Department and trying to get me to download anydesk which is a remote access software. His goal was to talk me into giving him remote access to my PC to fix "errors and warnings". Very definitely a scam. The number he gave me to call him back on is 888-704-9658

Daughter received this call from Allen Smith.  Even gave his extension, but Allen's heavy indian accent gave him away.  Good daughter :)

I got this call today. I knew it was a scam as soon as he said he was calling from Microsoft. This guys name was Glenn Max. He had a heavy accent, not sure if it was Indian, but same story as others here.

I got a call from this guy when I was out cutting grass. No message was left.

Same as other people that answered, windows security b's, Indian accent. Kept him going 10 minutes and told him I have a mac.

The same here, I recieved a call today  fro. This guy that even transfer me with his supervisor, heavy indian accent I hang up after 5 min of ridiculous  conversation.

Same Indian guy called, and when I told him to take me off of his calling list he became inappropriate.

got the same call as others on this page but did not get to talk to anyone but when I call that number back I got something eat phone lines couldn't understand what

this is a scam

Just got the same! That my IP address was compromised by illegal activities!

Got This Call A Few Minutes ago, I Get It periodically.  I know it's not real cause Microsoft never calls you. I'm blocking the number.
