Just got a phone call from them too. They are a scam saying you owe money on a payday loan when you don't. They just want your money.  There are an international fake collection agency that try to threaten you with legal action if you don't pay. Please don't fall for it,

hi all, got a so call bill collecter calling me. wanting me to pay them and then they will sent me the paper work, the funning thing is that they want me to fax them a note saying i wont figth them about the bill after i pay if and want it sign

this number has been calling me non-stop at home and work. they keep harassing me and i need it to stop. my boss at work is getting very aggravated and starting to get angry with me. how do i block these numbers?

Got a message from a number that showed up on the caller id as 052797721.  They said I needed to call them back at 888-706-7463.  Looks like another scam.  I am getting sick of this.

By law they have to supply you with an itemized bill with a real address phone etc.

I say when i get the threat to tell them fine send the cops at least then there is really someone to fight. they do not have your information and pieces of it.

this company has been harassing me. trying to contact my brother. they have recantly began calling my parents home phone with my personal cell phone showing on the caller I.D. show much to my mom;s surprise thinking that it would be me on the line it's them asking for my bro... wtf is that even legal?  they told me the name of the compay is Morgan and Associates  based in florida. but when i tried to find them it turned out they gave me the wrong zip code.  any Ideas how to get them to leave me alone and work out their problems with my bro. through him alone.   and just to add another problem they are disclosing his personal info.. like he has court dates and he owes them X amount of dollars. I know this can't be legal. how do I stop them???

Very funny people......must be terrorist, because when you call them back and threaten them with legal actions they immediately hang up on you and block your number so that you can not call them back.

They are a bunch of foreign scammers. I have been having an ongoing war with them since December, 2009. They are huge and have literally hundreds of phone number . Some are in call centers and others it would seem are not. What scares me is that they have my home address. I have talked with the Ohio Attorney General's office and they are quite aware of them. I just now called the police department and an officer is going to call me this evening. Do not give them any money. I have let them know that I know they are scammers and that I am not sending them money so they've been revising their techniques. But they won't stop calling. And I cannot afford to have my boss's office phone tied up with their constant calls. I'm sick of them. Here are some of their names:  "Hector Boyd", "James Davis",
"Eric Matthews" and there are others. Try some of these phone numbers:  813-319-2652; 949-502-0123;
909-580-9998; One even calls himself Officer John Cop (LOL--as if I do not see through that one!) This is extortion not just a scam.

Chances are, your brother does not owe them anything either. They are scammers. They hacked into a legitimate payday loan company's database. American Law Division is but one name they go by. They really do not have a name. It's made up as they go along.

I have been receiving calls from them for about a month now for a person I don't even know. I work for a collection agency and am aware of a consumers rights in the FDCPA and they are breaking the law every way they can. I have received multiple messages from them in a day, which is against the law.  I have told them twice this is a wrong number and to stop calling, and just got another call today which is against the law.  And they had the nerve to tell me I was lying.  MY NAME IS STATED ON MY VOICEMAIL AND REGISTERED IN MY NAME. I work for an excellent company that does things morally and ethically.. and this is absurd! This could be a juicy lawsuit.. but when i asked for their company information and fax number, they said they would remove my number (3rd time around) and I asked them again for the information and the fool stated.. "I assure you it will be removed, it makes no difference if you send it in writting, you're speaking to a supervisor."  Since when does a supervisor pick up incomming calls from an 800 #?  I'm dying to find out the company information so I can sue their pants off.. They have violated 3 laws clearly stated by the FDCPA.  I have spoken to a Gabriel Ganai (sp?) and an Alex Turner and been given a 1-888-706-7463 number and a 909-580-8997.  Collection agencies can be a pain in the ass, but everyone is entitled to their rights.  Ask for written documentation.. ask for validation of the debt.  Research the FDCPA.  THIS IS A SCAM!!!!

The number +052797721 has been appearing on my cell phone and leaving threatening messages. When you call back the number they give you (888) 706-7463, they refuse to give you any information and tell you to call a lawyer and have your lawyer call them. They had my address correct , my ssn, and all my other personal information. They say their client in Florida has a lawsuit against methey company name is quickcash. When I asked for something in writing they refuse. If you yell at them, they hangup. You can't block the number either. When are the scams going to stop. Now I have to deal with foreign jerks!

if you follow thru with the lawsuit, I will join you! I am sick of these foreign a......i work for a reputable company as well and it is embarrasing and truly makes me angry. They just laugh when i told them i knew they were not legit.

They called me today, the first time when i sent them to voicemail, they called back immeadieatly, when sent to voice mail again, they left a very broken english message stating that they were from the legal dept and to return the call. Then he said that I should not ignore this message because when this rains down It'll be bad. When i called the number back, i was told that I was for an unpaid payday loan. When i said that i have never gotten a payday loan and that i don't appreciate threating phone calls, he hung up on me then blocked my number. i then called from a payphone and asked for a supervisor, which he said he was, then proceeded to tell him again the i have never had a payday loan and i need the company information so i can file a fraud alert.  he told be to have my lawyer call and hung up again.  This is a scam. I can only think that they got my number from a reply on a craigslist ad for a job that turned out to be a scam. That guy wanted to fedex me a check to then dole out to "charity"(terrorist) people. I refused the package but now i think this is the next way there are trying to scam me. ignore these calls. its bogus

this # keeps calling my cell #-VERY ANNOYING-says they are from legal dept. & threaten to come to my workplace & arrest me re: legal charges. I have no idea what this is about-im in the process of paying back a loan but if it was in default dont ya think the company itself would notify me by phone or mail before sending a collection agency after me????  it just doesnt sound legit-they call 3 times-one call after the other about a minute apart-i've dealt w/collection agencies before & although annoying they do not act like this. they have your personal info. i just hope they arent able to do much else other than call you

        Getting call plenty of times in couple of minutes,Yes why? Because its very panicky if a person is taking a loan & not paying back moreover blaming the loan company cant even resist, if you guys are so sure that you haven't taken any loan,why you all are afraid to deal this in Legal way.
