I have no clue who this is and why they're call

This is a scam company claiming you owe for payday loans.

They called me don't disclose any info witch we are not required to give any info if they will not leave us a company name.they have a private # make a call and threaten you say you need leave rep.i am not giving into these scam tactics and either should you .to these BS.people that do this get a real job and stop scamming people I just turned your number 8887103055 to the fca I hope they bust your doors down you P.O.S.

Have been receiving numerous calls from this number automated message saying me or my legal representative need to file a paper within 24 hours that I am a person of interest. Have yet to talk to a live person

Left message on my phone about legal representation and need to call this number and file some paper also.  Left a file number.   I use to get these all the time on my previous phone and they even started calling my sons.   They change their number a lot.  Once I forgot and answered phone, the guy was really threatening.  I called Attorney General's office and he said it was a scam.

they call all hours of the day, they leave a recorded message to refer to case # ???? can't understand them with there heavy accent.

I have a good laugh when these pos call, I know lawyers and when I tell them of their tactics we all have a good laugh, you guys will never get me to call you back I don't care what you say or threaten , give up you losers you will get caught!

Now this number calls 8887103055. Saying they are trying to get in touch with me for a legal matter and if it is not resolved they will call my job. This is a scam. I have been getting calls everyday from different numbers and people. If it was true they would have to send me a letter stating why (BS)

"Financial Service Corporation": The newest scare scam in town....Actually it's the same old extortion-by-telephone scheme with a new name. It's always always always an identical set-up: They leave a vague but threatening voice message in order to scare you into calling them back, & then they hit you with some personal info & all sorts of cop talk & legalese regarding some alleged outstanding loan or debt from 5-10 years ago. They always keep the info as vague as possible, hoping to shake you up enough to coerce you to pay them over the phone, no questions asked -- As soon as you start challenging them with questions & take control of the call, then the whole thing falls apart. If you take a moment & think about it, there are so many red flags: They never leave a business name on the voice message; They will never answer your return call with a company name; They will identify themselves as a "mediation firm" or "litigation company", not as an actual collections agency, law firm, or law enforcement office; They will never give you their physical address "for security reasons"; & they will insist that they only accept payments over the phone using a credit card or pre-paid card.....It's all BS, so don't fall for it!!!!!

Automated message that reads off your telephone number and then say they are trying to verify the current address or whereabouts for your name. If you have any information on the address or whereabouts please call our office at 888-710-3055 refer to file number and then it hangs up.

It sounds like a scam.

This is a common ploy by criminals masquerading as debt collectors who are attempting to extort money from people by scaring you into believing that you will be criminally charged, go to jail, lose your driver’s license, have wages garnished, be sued, and a variety of other variations on this,  all for an alleged or nonexistent debt.  One of the tricks they use is to call your work place, friends, or relatives repeatedly in an attempt to shame you into paying.  They also use the “process server” ruse who calls and claims he is going to serve you, but then says you could avoid it by calling another number.  Please note that process servers do not ever call ahead.  That way you can’t dodge them.

You need to send them a certified, return receipt cease and desist calling or "not me" letter (think of it as the best $6.47 you ever invested).  Also send it first class mail in case no one will sign for it.  Make a notion of that fact at the bottom of the letter.  You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links to.  Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment.  If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt and we would all be the richer for it.  Use these web sites to find an attorney in your state that will probably take the case on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket up front):  http://www.consumeradvocates.org/

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) postmarked within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

Well they call me on a tight monthly schedule, with my name being computerized.  This message from Christopher was probably recorded many months ago and is used on every call they make. Do not fall for it, if it was important the first time around about 1 year ago they would have done something. It is a scam that passes from fake company to fake company. Do not fall for it.
