Got a very generic note from Verizon saying with just our phone number as our account number - and it doesn't even say "Dear Mr. So in so".    It doesn't look very authentic.  Says "thanks for your request to establish full access on your My Verizon acct.  If you did not make this request .......call 888-710-3352.  Sounds a little fishy to me.

I also got two phone calls followed by a fishy looking letter supposedly from Verizon confirming that I changed my "secret question".  No account number, only my phone number on it.  Verizon wasn't very helpful other than to say that my account has not been changed in any way.
