I'm working with this company now.  Absolutely do not give out your checking account information.  They take out more than you agree to.  As well, ask for validation of the debt.  This man claims to be a mediator and quoted that I owed $200 more than what I owe.

This man keeps calling my work phone, my friends and relatives, and will not give me any company information to find out who they are.  Do you have a name and an address for this company that you are sending payments to?  He has even referenced my social security number on answering machines.

This fool, Gordon MacNamara, has left message after message on my EXhusband's voicemail...at all times of the day...about a civil suit and a dunning notice against my social security number...and yet refuses to return my calls after my own harrassing system...I've left 15 messages at "his office" and still have no return call.  What is a dunning notice against my social security number and why does this complete stranger have access to MY social security number?

If you get a name and address, would you kindly forward it to me at kwheels73@gmail.com so I can address him formally myself.  He's harrassing my family and friends as well, which I thought was illegal.

they called me this afternoon and put me through to Gordon as well. Gordon stated that I have a fraud alert and that a payday loan that I took out and have been unable to repay has gone from 500 to 700 and that if I did not pay it I would be facing across state bounced check charges as well as the debt could go to 20k in less than three years.

I am working with Gordon now. He had all of my information already including my FULL SS #. They have the whole thing. No one can do anything with the last 4 digits of your social, hello?. Its Pre-legal mediation. Have you not been through this before? The fact is I took out a loan CASH and did not pay it back. I had to close my account.    They helped me. Call and ask what info they have on you, They already have everything, full ss account #.....because you took money and didnt pay it back. You can't disclose info without permission from the scammer that eiter took cash or closed their account after accepting a deposit of FREE MONEY in their account. No SCAM, SORRY

I should have paid this off from the get go.  I was stupid about it and treated it like some of my other debts and credit cards.  Gordon actually worked hard to get me a few extra days to pay this off after he contacted me.  He treated me with respect and was very helpful.  I don't understand why anyone would call him a "fool".  Seems like the fool was you for not paying your loan back.  Don't kill the messenger when it's your fault in the first place.  Common kindness.

Gretchen would you happen to still have the number for Gordon? I to have received calls for him for a payday loan I took out. He set up payment arrangements with me and I paid it back and just yesterday I received a call from someone saying I still owe for the same payday loan. I found Gordons number but when I call it It says to try dialing the number again. I appreciate any help you could give. Thanks
