- michael hphone message stateing that they were law enforcement from the service division wanting to confirm my adress to serve a summons for a civel suit aginst myself..they have my adress, city, and social security number..i feel this is a scam by a collection agency to get information about myself or someone i know that owes a debt..BEWARE OF THIS CALLER..
- JoeThis same number called my parent's home this morning (May 10) looking for my brother although he hasn't resided there in 21 years. They said this was his mailing address, was very rude, sarcastic, and threatened to subpoena him. Person provided a case number, demanded my mom copy the number, and pass the message on. I told my mom who is a senior citizen to next time just hang up on the caller.
- polymy in-laws, sister-in-law just received a similar message stating that they needed to verify that my address was theirs (its not). They appear to be looking to gather as much personal information about me as possible by threatening subpoenas for some undisclosed issue. LIttle freaked out about who could be calling - I own my cars outright and am not late on payments (so can't be debt collector) and don't owe anyone named vinny money. Checking my credit report when I get home.

- SamDO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL THESE PEOPLE! They are trying to get as much information as they can from you! DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION! I had a police officer come over so I could file a police report, but I couldn't do it because they hadn't used any of my information illegally yet. THIS IS A SCAM. They called my parents house two times (two different callers) with two different case numbers and its creepy because somehow its happened both times that i've been down visiting my parents.
Please be careful of these people and contact the police if they call you.- Caller: BM Group
- JohnGot a call from a self described Process Officer and gave a badge #. Said he and his deputy were going to serve subpoena to me today before 4:45pm. Additionally if i was not able to be there at the time i should call the plantif to make arrangements and followed with this phone number and gave a case number. Sounded threatening, but after reading the above it sounds like a scam. Will update later tonight.
- JohnAs all above. This subpoena scam is just a scam to get you to call in to and give personal information. No process officer appeared.
- JThis is a scam, they simply want to confirm the info they have and get more by threatening you.

- DThat number called my mother and also her husbands daughters! how weird! I do not even know his daughters or their names. A Lisa Mcdonald called saying that there was a court order for me and that they're looking for me. None of this makes sense right? BECAUSE ITS A SCAM! and how the hell do they know my step dads daughters? i do not even know them myself! this is creepy! I will be headed to the police station after work!

- MaryYes I did get a call saying that they wanted to confirm my address. It was very cryptic since they didn't give a company name but used "we" instead and dind't refer to anything just to give us a call. If they don't hear from me they will assume this address is legit and will send "the documentation" over. What a joke. The call back number is 888-712-3109
- Caller: Didn't say
- David| 1 replyI got a call too about a debt problem. They gave the court case and everything. has anyone been contacted about debt but in none?
- Caller: didn't say
- cindy replies to DavidI received a call from this number today. They contact the apartment complex that I renting from saying the Summons that I filed needed to remove them as a Plaintiff. I am like what...so I called the number that the office provided to me and the guy took forever to file the "file" and said that is was a debt and that if I paid it then it would be off my credit report. I already know that it's not going to be off my credit report...Go ahead and serve me!!
- Liza| 1 replyas information like others posted , threating people with debt that they did not owe but they dont leave their name and gave a case number that does not exist
- Caller: Processing Center Unknown
- margy replies to LizaI got a call from them also- looking for my sons girlfriend, now caller id shows as 000-000-0000 when when i answered they were looking for her and gave a call back number as 888-712-3109 for a summons in LA California, she always lived in Maryland. the Judiciary case search does not show any summons for her, it is a scam

- KrisRecieved several calls from these people saying they have tried to serve me a summons to appear in court, they said I have an upcoming court date. They also said they have tried to serve me twice. They never showed up. They also called my sister in law one day and wanted to know if I would be there to serve me that evening. This time they provided a case number. I don't know who these people are but they never show up. It's a scam of some sort. I can't stand scum bags!!

- RyanGuy called me 2 days in a row both from different numbers leaving the callback of 888-712-3106. The first number came up unknown the second was all 0's. He never said who he worked for just that there had been a complaint and they needed to get a hold of the property owner of my house, gave a case number and left the 888 callback.

- MoniqueI received a call yesterday (Wednesday, June 20th, 2012) and a message was left on my voice mail. This person sounded like an older female and she said something to the fact that they have a subpoena for me(from a place 7 hours from me, I won't mention the name of the town.) I had never been to that town in British Columbia before, I'm originally from Ontario. But where I am living now, these people supposedly called from a person hours from me that I've never been and I know NO ONE there. What's also weird was that I have caller ID but no number showed up for these people who called. Hmm..red flag. So I called the RCMP from the town I supposedly have a subpoena in and they weren't sure what I was talking about. So I then called the RCMP in my town and asked them if they could look into it for me because no one came to my home, no letter in the mail, I never witnessed a crime, didn't commit a crime or anything of that nature. Why would I get told over the phone (someone leaving a message on my voice mail) that I have a subpoena. I was a bit concerned but confused, because normally you get served with something like that in person, not over the phone.
