I entered into an agreement to purchase a debt file from this company on Dec 4, 2015 and fund no later then Dec 15, 2014.
I signed the purchase agreement Dec 4, 2015 and funds were wired to their bank account on Dec 14, 2015.
On Dec 15th 2015 confirmation was received by JVK that the funds were received.
On Dec 15th, 2015 I sent a request for the file. A response was sent the same day informing me there was a mix up in the file and I should receive it by the next day.
On Dec Dec 17th another email and phone call was made asking for the file.
On Jan 4th, 2015 I sent a final request for the file or a full refund.
As of January 8th, 2016.  I have not received the file I purchased or a refund for the amount paid.

I have gotten a call from JVK trying to collect a debt that is 7 years old.  They even contacted my family saying it was for legal complaint towards me.  They just called me again at work his name is James Trueblood Jr. His Facebook pic looks like a gangster.  I was so naïve & scared when I first spoke with them that I gave him my card information then realized it was a scam so I cancelled my card.  The payment declined now he's calling me again to tell me it declined & that he can only hold off the dispatcher for a few hours.  How sad that this guy is sitting there scamming people out of their hard earned money.

Please call me 808-269-2337, files purchased, never delivered scammed I'm Sherri..call.compare notes. We are ready to sue...will include you in a Federal action to recover our money!

This is entirely false.  JVK has never been a collection agency.

I have no clue.  This is the internet, so anyone can post what they want.  We have been in business for five years, and this is the first time I have seen this.
