Text message for student loan relief. "24587" on caller id. Calling this 888 # leads to Student Debt Doctor LLC, 3221 NW 10th Terrace, Suite 507, Ft. Lauderdale FL 33309-5942, www.studentdebtdoctor.org.

Student loan debt scam.

Not a legitimate business - real companies do not use illegal marketing methods and faked business names and phone numbers.
Scammers do.

I received a text message from "36671" today - it stated that my federal student loans had been flagged for debt relief. The message then urged me to call this number to speak with a debt relief specialist today!

I used my phone's call and text blocking feature - but this is just one of the about 15-20 calls or texts I get per day. I refuse to answer, text or call back, I just put them on the block list. At some point, this has to stop (I hope).

I received a text from 312-24 about a forgiveness program for my federal student loans. It said I should call this 888-717-5489 number. Problem is I DON'T HAVE ANY FEDERAL STUDENT LOANS. Another Scam. I am looking into these Scam texts. This is the 2nd one today.

I received a text from 312-24  Your student loan is flagged for forgiveness with the Dept of Education. Call Now 561-717-0217. Reply STOP to opt-out."

Received a call from 312-24 , Your Student Loans are Flagged for Forgiveness through the D.O.E. Call right away at 682-267-1930 Reply stop to stop.

I DONT HAVE ANY STUDENT LOANS.

i havr been receiving scam phone calls aswell for quite some time now

It scared me because my father has a history of taking loans in my name...

"You've been approved to reduce your Student Loan. Remove monthly payments. Call 888-419-0929 for info. Reply STOP to stop." No way to block message from 312-24 on Verizon iPhone 7+ and forwarding text to 772-6 tells me to reply to 312-24 with STOP which I know is wrong to do for spam messages.

Got a text from 312-24, claiming "Your Student Loans may have been Flagged for Forgiveness through the D.O.E.  Call right away at 888-606-1652 Reply stop to stop"

Obviously a scam since I never had any student loans to begin with, Federal or not.  Both text and phone number blocked.
