Least a threatening but nonsensical message claiming the ability to suspend things they do not have access to or control over. Soliciting a debt.

Got a call from this number yesterday

unknown # called and left threating voicemail informing that will be retaining all Federal and State taxes and that I needed to have legal representative contact them before 7 am tonight to 888-726-0986 with the name of Dan Powers.

Calling every few days now with the exact same, very threatening pre-recorded message. The called is asking for a relative of mine...

They can't do nothing! !! Scar tacted why call from one number but hive another to call fake scam third party people and have No access to no tic money so ignore send to voicemail

I keep getting a call from this number and stating they will take my federal and state income plus take me to court to settle a debt that I nvr took out and when I ask for proof be sent to me they fight wit me telling me that they dnt do that?? Wtf who doesn't do that??!

Keep getting calls from this number, it's under my maiden name too and I've been married for some time. It's more annoying than anything.

Got a call but didn't answer so I checked voice-mail stating his name is Dan Powers claiming they will take my state and federal taxes for an unresolved issue that I didn't take care of tells me that I need to or have an attorney to call before 7

I get this call daily and they r also calling my mom who I nvr put down as a reference and when I asked them to send me paperwork on this loan they r talking bout they refuse and yell til u hang up! They r a total scam!!

Same story as all the others

They have been calling us both saying they are going to come to our house & our jobs & take our taxes. The man said his name was Dan Powers. It is annoying & it's getting old.

I just got that same call.  Dan Powers with AMG & Associates a legal firm said I had till 7pm tonight to call or they would retain my federal and state refunds.  I have NO idea who these people are collecting from.  Guess the jokes on him....I already have my refunds....  888-726-0986

Annoying call from Dan Powers  saying that a motion to spend all federal and state tax returns bearing my name and social security number due to an unresolved matter that I have. He needs to heaer from me by 7 PM eastern standard time with legal representation. What a damn scam!!!! How do I stop these Irritating calls

Got this exact same msg earlier today stating they were Dan Powers from AMG and Associates.  Glad i ran this ph #, as i always do, b4 calling these jerks and wasting my attorney's time.

Same message as most.....Dan Powers stating they will suspend my tax return and need me or my legal representative to call by 7pm tonight.  Have gotten these previously and nothing comes of it because it is a scam.

Yes get the same message called them and told them to remove my number from their scam call list he proceeded to yell at me then hang up SCAM!!!

Got this call saying I needed to call by 7 or my attorney that all federal and state taxes will be suspended due to a debt I owe.

Have some fun with him (Dan Powers), Ask him where he's located so you can arrange an, in person meeting with him then sit back, relax and enjoy the show !
