Oddball !!

I had meant to call MS about a product key confirmation and misdialed the number, dialing 726 instead of 725.
Their recorded spiel is:

 Hello. Please listen carefully as our menu options may have changed. Congratulations, you've been selected
 for a one hundred dollar Wal-Mart gift card. In order to process your Wal-Mart gift, we will need to transfer you
 to a live representative. Press one now to be connected. Again, congratulations, and simply press one now to
 be connected to a live agent and claim your Wal-Mart gift today, please make your selection now. You don't
 want to miss out on this fantastic offer, press any key now to claim your one hundred dollar Wal-Mart gift card.

I press one, of course. The guy answering sounded as if he was in a room full of people doing the same thing. Since I thought this was legitimate, I let them have my name & address. They were going to send me a $100 Wal-Mart gift card, a $40 AMEX gift card, and some gas allowance for .. I was never quite sure if it was for an ipad or ipod  or maybe even arod. All I had to do was pay them the shipping/handling charge of $7.45. I told them I had no credit or debit card, that I was living off the grid and to send me the bill and I'll pay it. That did not seem to go over very well with them.
