Dermapril scam on internet.

what the hell is this company and why did they charge my account 69.18 on June 25.  I got nothing (it's been eight days) and they said some kind of free trial for 14 days for teeth whitener.  I have caps and cannot do these silly bleach jobs...what to do now?

Derma-pril Wrinkle Cream and Healthclns. This is a scam. I ordered a free trial of teeth whitening (Healthclns), paid 5.95 shipping and for another .99 cents they would send a free trial of the cream. I now have two (2) 79.95 charges on my card.

I was told by my bank to cancel, I did. Got a confirmation number and asked where I could send the product back to? I could not get an address, and was told that no returns nor refunds were allowed under the terms of an agreement. I was not aware such an agreement was made. I was told I could e-mail the dermapril@customercare.com and that they would respond. I'll hold my breath.
I am filing a report of fraudulence with my bank and will attempt to get my money back. I have been told to send the product back, keep receipts, and hold until they investigate.
I also intend to call the better business bureau, and send a letter to the states attorney of a complaint against this company. I am going to try to find an address of this facility. If anyone else knows of one, please share that. I will do the same.

I want everyone to know that Dermapril-SP is a scam. I just ordered a trial size and paid for that of which I never received and now they are charging my MasterCard more for more products of which I had made it clear that I only wanted the trial size. The person said to call and cancelled, I told her I would be travelling so did she phoned me and
cancelled future orders and now they tell me that I have to send back the order that I never received before they will stop charging me.
I have repeatedly tried to call them only to be put on hold for a very long and unreasonable time so hung up again and again. Then sent 3 emails
to inform them of my cancellation but no end in sight.
