They call to tell us our payment on our GM vehicle is late but when they look at their computer screen they say "can we get your current mailing address and cell phone numbers please" (of course I say no) then they say "thank you is there anything else we can do for you today" What the heck are they talking about? They called me !

We get calls at least once a day, today the number has called 5 times in 2 hours. 99% of the time when you answer there is dead air then a hang up.

They need to be investigated and or sued !

I wasn't very clear in the first message, the payments are on time and current !
