888-729-2234

I have gotten numerous calls over several months from this company. When they call, it comes up as 800 Service. They leave the same message every time, looking for a woman who has the same last name as ours. They leave the 888-729-2234 number and ACEI Collections as their name. I have called them before , probably 2 or 3 times to tell them to stop calling. They do for awhile and then start up again. Yesterday, I got 2 calls from them. I finally called them back. When they answered, I asked if this was ACEI Collections and they said yes. I said, " I have a complaint and a question." The gal immediately said she would transfer me to a manager. She answered and said her name was Tracy Jones. I told her I did not know who this person was, she does not live here, this was not her phone number and I wanted these calls to stop immediately. She said to verify my identity she needed to know what my birth date was!! I told her my birth date was none of her business! Then she said, "Well what is your SSN?!! I said,"Are you crazy? I'm not telling you ANY personal information!! That's none of your damn business!! What the hell is wrong with you? I'm calling because I want you to stop calling here!!" By this time, I was pretty pissed. Then, she had the nerve to say, "Well, I'm glad you finally called to tell us this was the wrong phone number." I told her that I'd called before - this was not the 1st time. She finally said, "Well, we'll take you off our list and have a nice day." and slammed the phone down. Jeez............ If this company was legit, they could easily find the people they're looking for if they wanted to by paying someone to find them. Wow....What a novel idea!

My experience was the same as the others. These people are very rude and continue to call no matter what. I have warned them that they are calling a buisness and they dont seem to care. They are looking for Precious Segar and they also hung up on me several times as I have called them as well. My number is 703-372-2277 caller I.D. should tell them that when I call them back but they dont care. I would like for them to be shut down by somebody.... PLEASE!!!

Down load or install " Call Control" and block the number.

Ok, so received a call from this number, I answered and they told me this was in regards to a personal business matter for (my name pronounced horribly). I said this is he, then she asked me to verify the street number for the street on which i lived which she attempted to say, but botched it horribly as well. I said do you not know the street I live on? She then proceeded to hang up on me.

They called my husband's number this morning asking for me. He asked what it was about and they wouldn't tell him. He was suspicious and got off the phone before they could go on and on and came to tell me about it. I looked them up here and saw what people have reported (thank you) and told him to block the number.
