I received a letter from NEO financial saying I owed another company money (which I don't) and that they are their to collect the payment now! The letter was from Lisa who is extremely rude when I called to see what is going on. As soon as I said I called the original company and they verified I didn't owe money she hung up on me! Don't let these scammers get you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Received letter from Neo Services.  I have done a lot of research everything reported on line indicates this is a fraudulent phone call.  Block and report to your local authorities!

Constantly calling me say I owe them , money.  Called 5x today, they are rude , will swear and hang up on you and I dont even owe them anything

Someone called me from that number saying they are from Neo Services claiming I owe them money. They are a scam and when I started to ask questions about what the money was owed for, they hung up on me. I called back and stated my name and they hung up on me again. And then about 20 mins. later someone called me back from that number. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!

Lisa called me from NEO and said that I didn't know what I was talking about and that I did owe them and kept trying to get my credit card info from me, I said no and started asking questions, and she then got very rude and cussing and then hung up on me. this company is a scam and I know several others that this has happened to with them. if you have this problem, call the police and report as scam and fraud, give the cops the letter. be careful.

Now why are you calling anyone?  That letter was required by law to give you 30 days to send them a debgt validation letter.  You should have done that immediately.  Read the following as it tells you everything you need to know:

You need to send them a certified, return receipt debt validation, cease and desist calling, or "not me" letter.  You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links to.  Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment.  If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt and we would all be the richer for it.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

I received a call from Jake Barclays of NEO Services stating I had a balance from 2015. He never did state what creditor the balance was owed too. Supposibly this was from I Learning, which I have no clue who this was. This is a scam and they actually got me back in 2015 for $417.84. they claim to be located at 2423 S Orange Ave #340 Orlando, FL 32806 which is a UPS store. They wont get me again.

I received the same letter from neo financial services.  They wanted 397.83 for the original
provider new start.  I called them and told them i never heard of new start.  They had a lot of
my personal info.  But i didn't believe them no matter what they said.  I would never forget an amount of $397.83.    I called an honest  company that i
worked with before and they said that they have had several complaints about neo financial
and new start.   Then i googled the telephone number and found all of the complaints about neo
"the liar financial thief".  If they call you or send letters just ignore them
