This person calls on a blocked number asking for a Marcus. Gena Pullary is her name. When I called back they simply responded with an attitude and started calling me names. I told them I was not Marcus Myers and they were like, sure Marcus. They need to be report for this

Received a  phone message regarding a past employee. The caller wanted to speak to a direct supervisor or manager. The woman, Jeanna Palmary (?), claimed that this employee was being investigated for bank fraud using our company's IP address. A search finds that a similar tactic used by Roseman and Associates:

I got the same call, they called my work, my husbands phone, my daughters phone and my parents and my phone.  They said they were going to show up on saturday between 2 and 4 to give me the legal documents.  Of course they didn't show up.  This has been happening to us for almost a year and they keep threatening us.  They change the 800 number and they change their name of the company.  We called the cops and nothing can be done is what we were told.

Today my Grandma got a phone call  from a Gina Pullary at Roseman and Associates saying they were trying to contact me.  The first time I called I was transfered to Gina who hung up on me.  I called back and spoke to a man (whom did not give his name) and was told to stop inundating his staff with calls and that he was taking a personal intrest in the case and then was hung up on again.

This same [***] happened to me, what do we do I've contacted my legal services cause this isn't the first time.  I've told them send me documents come to my house or work i'll be glad to go to court..

The same thing happened to me! i got a call saying that i need to sign some legal dcouments, i called the number, they told me i breached a contract and had to pay a huge amount that they said was on my credit report. I have been trying to buy a house and i couldnt cuz that judgment was on it! I was very curious cuz i had no idea what this was for, they kept explaining, turns out it was one of my payday loans that i took out yeeaaars ago and i completely forgot about it! the nice lady gave me an out of court settlement that would take care of everything. i paid the amount (it was $500) then eventually i got an email from them saying i paid it and a few weeks later i got a letter in the mail saying that it was taken care of. im glad they finally contacted me cuz my credit report will be clean and i can finally enjoy a home with my 4 children and mother!!

I received a call from a blocked number twice in 7 minutes, yes seven minutes with the identical message  from a woman stating that there would be a supplementary hearing regarding  a bounced check and gave me a time frame of 24 hours to returrn their call.  I contacted my attorney and he informed it was a scam and to report them to the FTC and the AG.  He also told me not to engage them unless I receive something in writing via mail..  The also contacted a good friend looking for me.  BTW payday loans are prohibited in my state.  I checked them out the BBB and found a month old file with one of one complaint that the company did not respond to.  They have an F rating.  Sounds fishy to me.  Don't pay anyone anything unless you have received validation via regular mail or certified mail.  Trust me, anything that is legal you will get in writing at least in my state

I just got a call from these scum bags also, with a message stating "someone would be coming by my home between 2-4pm tomorrow, make sure you are there. if you are not there, we are prepared to come by your place of employment to have your supervisor witness your receiving of these documents". I just called them back, they demanded a case number, which I do not have because I told her I do not know who they are and since she won't look up my info per the phone # they called, I would google their name. Did and got here, figured they were low lifes. Who calls someone to tell them they will be by to servie papers? I told them that if they have "legal documents" they must be served to me by a law enforcement process server and filed in a court. She hung up on me.........thus my point they are scum and don't know what they are doing. NEVER EVER pay anyone anything you do not owe and to someone who tried to scare you.......know your rights, DEMAND they follow them and above all else. just block their number and force them to leave illegal messages and turn those over to the state Attorney Generals' office.

fyi, even tho ur payday are illegal in ur state, they r legal still cuz all online activity is regulated by federal law cuz its dun online which means they r still legal in ur state (as long as they r done online) unfortunately 4 u
