As above, received an email claiming I had placed a renewal order for Nortion Antivirus and my bank account would be charged in the amount of $449.00.  Just out of curiosity, I called the number and after speaking with the "Norton representative" who had a thick Indian accent, they attempted to have me log onto 9115.info which would have allowed for remote access to my computer.

I had the same email.  I called out of curiosity and a guy immediately answered. I just said I wanted to cancel and he said he has to get into the computer to cancel and I said no thanks.

Received an email saying Invoice Successfully Generated For USD 449.00-Review Your Email...for Norton Antivirus Lifetime Plan for 449.00.  Saying it was auto debited from my checking account.  I work in cloud security, and find this funny.  I'm tempted to call the 888 number to see what they say.
Also the spelling and grammatical errors on this email is hilarious

REceived an email saying I was going to be charged $449 for a lifetime Norton subscription. This is a scam. Report it to your email provider and DON'T call that number back.

They must have read some comments above.  I received a grammatically correct, supposed bill for a Norton subscription.  But now they are asking for $579 for the fake subscription!  And the phone number given to "cancel the subscription" was 1-888-729-8800

Did you order the set? If not, report the fraudulent transaction to your bank or credit card company then have them close the account.
