Got a call at my dad's and at work. They were not very nice. Asked me where to send my summons for court. Told them summons are delivered by a sheriff. They did not like this answer. I hung up on them.

did they tell you where they were calling from. I got two voicemail's from that number asking to call them back, they said they were from some process verification offce regarding a summons filed in my name. and wanted an alternative place to serve me? with a case number ? is this for real  oh i forgot to mention they called my sister and brother as well for me?

They are calling me and saying the have a summons for me same thing

I told them yesterday when I played along with them that I would be paying them. This is a scam.

Called  twice in last two weeks  wanting to verify address to deliver summons for court - the courts don't do it in this manner . the sheriff or certified mail is only way they do that.  This is a scam through and through !  Feel bad for older folks that don't know better !
