no message left.  When I called back, they just said their personal name, no company name.  Lots of noise in background, like a call center.

This must be a new number for Clear Credit Services, which is a scam debt collection company.

keeps harassing me over debts already paid

The caller did not leave a name or company name. His message says, "We have tried to contact you several times and did not receive a return call. It is very important that you, your authorized representative, or your attorney if you retained one, call us immediately."
I have received phony debt collection messages before which I have not answered because I don't have any outstanding debts and know they are scam, but don't think they came from the same number.

Same thing no name of company just to get my attorney or person they looking for contact back..? It's not even me they looking for!!

They left a message, asked for the wrong name. They said they've called several times, which is a lie.

the guy who called, called my sister in law first and so I called the number to see what it was about and he said his name and he was with cps and he was trying to collect a debt he said he has all my information and when I asked who called my sister in law he couldn't tell me and then he hung up. I then called back and got the same person and I asked once again how did you get my sister in laws number he said don't worry about it i told him to take her number off, I know where to find you and when I asked him then what address do you have on me he only gave me the zip code  and it was the wrong one

They never left a message.  I didn't recognize the number, so, I didn't call back.  There number was 888-732-6571.
