BP Law Group.  Scam 3rd party debt collector.  Buys up old debts and attempts to convince you he is either going to sue or have you arrested if you don't pay him.  However, they will not send you any type of debt verification by mail.  I filed bankruptcy in 2003 and they are trying to collect on credit cards that were charged off in the bankruptcy proceedings.  They call from multiple VoIP phones.  I just block them as I get them.

Keep getting calls at least once a day never leave a message. When I call them back get a recording that says you will be connected to an operator which never happens . I don't owe anyone anything and these calls prove to be very annoying.  What can be done ?

David called and claimed that he can schedule me  for court tomorrow for a small claim ($80). Ha ha he doesn't even know it takes months to get on the books. He then told me he was going to continue harassing me from random numbers. Scam and a scum bag calling at 8:37pm.
