This number didn't call, YET. But they sent phishing postal mail claiming I have a tax debt of $20K

I have no tax debt.

They don't put any company name or address on the tear apart style combo letter, and try to make it look like it's from the IRS.

IT IS NOT.

1-888-732-7310 is the number listed that you must call by a certain date.

I do have IRS debt. He said it would cost me $2500 up front for him to work with the IRS to reduce my debt and it will take 3-6 months to make it happen. He said he is willing to take $500/month. He said his name is Andrew Hall and he gave me his direct # 818-387-8717. I googled the number and it came up TWC VoIP in Van Nuys. No business name comes up. I googled Andrew Hall Attorney and Timothy Andrew Hall came up for State Bar of CA with a (310) 203-8411 Hall & Lim PLC. I called Timothy Andrew Hall at the 310 # and it is definitely a scam. That person is using the attorney's name.
