Having same problem this spring had same problem with concord solutions and Delaware solutions all claiming I owed a payday loan from 2011 guess all scammers use solutions for company name turned both in to federal consumer credit. By law they have to mail you the company they claim you owe and the amount and the date you took loan out. And can't use any threatening language to you or threaten you. You have 30 days after receiving statement from them by mail to prove you don't owe the debit.

These people are calling every 5 minutes.  They claim to have a legal case.  I asked them not call again.  Finally I added a call blocker to the cell phone.  Stopped for the moment.

Spoke to a rude Nicole Miller who said I had charges on an old payday loan.  I told her that was incorrect and to send me a certified letter with details and she was rude and refused. I told her my lawyer would contact her and hung up

I know! how is it possible that I owe something and in default when you can not provide me with the original paperwork or signature. They love to threaten people to get their money. You can tell their scammers, because real creditors will go the court and subpoena you with original paperwork with a court date.

Good for you by law they have to.I guess they think by using scare technique and threats people fall for it and send them money. Just scammers.

They call me 4 times daily from 971-232-5206 (automated) telling me to refer to case # and to call 888-732-9704.  When I called to see if I can get a name I blocked the call.  Guy answer unknown call - unknown name.

Criminals. They have some sort of hacking program that is able to retrieve all of your data submitted to payday loan companies in the past. They are posing as a 3rd party debt collection company but they aren't even that. Do NOT give them any money. 100% Scam verified! They have half a dozen different numbers they use. Another is 214-451-3184z
