They took $33.95 from my account and when I call the number back, the automated system says that customer support is not available and sends me to a voicemail

I had the same thing happen to me, I first talked to my CU who faxed me the paperwork to reverse the charge but before doing so I decided to try and talk with the people my self. I was fully expecting to get the runaround but did not. I would advise pushing the # 1 prompt instead of #2, this will take you to their sales staff and I was able to get the situation resolved right away. It may take up to 7 days for the money to be put back.

This is apparently a company that is somehow affiliated with MCI. The lady I talked with did tell me they are having a problem with accounts being debited but they have not been able to resolve the issue as of yet but in the meantime as long as a person will contact them they will refund any unauthorized charges.
